MEMCO plays a key role in Train Simulator projects through end to end coordination with Mitsubishi Precision Corporation (MPC). Our scope includes the preparation of technical documents, training manuals, monthly reports, and test plans, ensuring every phase is thoroughly documented and executed.
From onsite integration and system installation to testing, commissioning, and O&M training, we manage every detail with precision for India’s first High Speed Bullet Train simulator. Additionally, we support vendor selection for indigenous components and assist with administrative, procurement, and logistics functions to ensure seamless project delivery.
Project Management
MEMCO played a strategic role in executing the Bullet Train Simulator System for NHSRCL, right from initial surveys and contract acquisition to seamless coordination with Mitsubishi Precision Co. Ltd (MPC). We led efforts in technical design, documentation, and equipment integration while ensuring timely approvals. By proactively engaging in client meetings, addressing challenges, and facilitating specialized training in Japan and India, we empowered our teams to deliver on-ground execution with excellence for the installation and commissioning of the simulator.
Interface Management
MEMCO actively manages interface requirements within the Simulator Room, ensuring full compliance with contractual agreements between the Customer and our principal partner, Mitsubishi Precision Co. Ltd (MPC). We coordinate with key contractors like TI-1 (BLK) and Nippon Express to enable smooth installation, commissioning, and hands-on O&M training. Our team meticulously documents and participates in all interface meetings to maintain clear communication and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
Installation of Simulator
MEMCO supports the successful installation of the Simulator System by deploying experienced engineers, technicians, and safety personnel from our trusted staff. From the moment the system arrives onsite post-customs clearance, through to final handover, our team leads every stage of the installation. We strictly follow all safety protocols and work standards defined by Mitsubishi Precision Co. Ltd (MPC) and the customer, ensuring a seamless, safe, and high-quality execution.
Testing and Commissioning
MEMCO oversees the on-site commissioning of the Simulator System under the expert guidance of our principal, Mitsubishi Precision Co. Ltd (MPC). Following this, rigorous testing is conducted using the same detailed protocols followed during the Factory Acceptance Test at MPC’s facility in Japan. We ensure all hardware and software components function seamlessly, making real time integration adjustments as needed. Safety and system performance remain our top priorities throughout the process.
