Our testing and commissioning process is built for performance assurance. MEMCO conducts depot-level static and dynamic tests, mainline checks, and full validation through type and routine testing.
We also train operation and maintenance teams using simulated service scenarios and ensure any faults are resolved quickly and efficiently. Every test, every check, every fix, all to ensure the train is ready for real-world operation.
Commissioning & Performance Validation
During testing and commissioning, MEMCO oversees a comprehensive evaluation and integration of systems to ensure the train’s operational readiness. They conduct static and dynamic tests at the depot, assessing functionality and reliability under different conditions. MEMCO also performs type and routine tests on the mainline, validating performance in real-world settings as per test protocol including speed, braking, acceleration and deacceleration to meet safety standards.
During commissioning, MEMCO simulates real-service scenarios to rigorously test train performance. We capture critical data on reliability, efficiency, and safety to fine-tune system design. Any abnormalities or issues identified during the process are addressed collaboratively with the design team, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
Post warranty period
MEMCO ensures smooth train operations beyond the Defects Liability Period (DLP) by offering ongoing technical and operational support. We focus on timely maintenance, extensive system testing, and staff training, equipping maintenance teams to manage day-to-day operations and respond confidently to any emergency.
