Who We Are
MEMCO is an engineering, marketing, and project management specialist headquartered in Bangalore, with offices located across India. Established in 1985 under the visionary leadership of the Late Mr. JPM Rajkumar, MEMCO continues to operate in the fields of Rolling Stock, Defense, and Space.
MEMCO’s strength is our people, successfully executing projects for both international and domestic principals throughout India. A testament to our enduring trust and excellence is our longstanding association with Mitsubishi Electric, spanning 40 years across industries.
MEMCO has further ventured into partnerships and collaborations with multiple international and domestic Original Equipment Manufacturers as well as direct engagement with various Government Organizations throughout India.
What We Do

Rolling Stock
MEMCO has been in the Rolling Stock business since 2007. From project management to complete operations & maintenance, we handle all aspects of Metro Projects.

Defence
MEMCO is Mitsubishi Electric’s trusted representative for defense in India. In compliance with the Make in India initiative, MEMCO assists Mitsubishi Electric in identifying Indian defence players for manufacturing, sales and transfer of technology.

Space
MEMCO is Mitsubishi Electric’s Sales and Marketing Indian representative since 1996. Many of MELCO’s products have heritage on board ISRO’s Critical Missions such as INSAT and GSAT series.
